Prime Minister of India 'Narendra Modi' is on visit of three African Countries :
Both Rwanda & Uganda are the 'Land-Locked country'.
South Africa is most important as there is BRICS SUMMIT on 25th and 26th July 2018.
But Prior to that, he has chosen to visit Rwanda and Uganda. (Both are in Great Lakes Region of Africa).
RWANDA VISIT - By Both INDIA's PM & CHINA's PRESIDENT.
President of Rwanda - Paul Kagame (He is President from last 18 years).
Rwanda President directly receive India PM on Airport.
But, Here is one thing to notice.
Recently 'Paul Kagame' also receive China President 'Xi Jinping' directly on Airport.
China President also promise Rwanda - for many investment and building relationship.
From here, we can easily judge - How RWANDA is more important now - Asia 2 powerful countries visit Rwanda.
Both INDIA and CHINA try to capture some market in RWANDA.
No Doubt, In terms of wealth - China is more financial muscle than India.
China & Rwanda Trade - $150Million
India & Rwanda Trade Till Now - around $30 Million ( though Exact figure not available )
US openly warns African Nations against putting themselves into debt to China. ( Like China did with Sri Lanka- He gave so many dept with low percentage - but eventually country unable to repay and they not to give their assets to China.
India to open 'High Commission in Rwanda'.
Please Note: High commission is a Embassy - But Embassy open in Commonwealth nations - called as High Commission.
Thats why Building called as High Commission instead of Embassy , as Rwanda is part of commonwealth nations But it never a part of British, It was a Belgium Trust colony that's why it comes under commonwealth nation in 2009

These cows not exported from India. It buy from locally market of RWANDA.
Narendra Modi did this under the Rwanda governments 'GIRINKA PROGRAMME'.
This programme started by Paul Kagame is a flagship programme in which the poorest get cows from the government and gift the first female calf to a neighbour to promote brotherhood and poor gets source of income by selling milk.
Village Name is - RWERU.
This is basically a Diplomatic Move by India - So that Rwanda Press can show in media How a Scheme/programme started by 'President' is so much famous for poor people.
Good Move for India. It put good image of India. (As Financially we are far behind than China).
In terms of Resources - Nothing is in RWANDA, But still RWANDA is important
Because - Chairperson of the AFRICAN UNION is - Paul Kagame (President of Rwanda) - This is also the main reason why Rwanda is important.

This is for the first time in 76 years since Rajya Sabha member came into being, it has entered into MoU with foreign counterpart for promoting inter-parliamentary dialogue.
